Free vaccination clinic set for Saturday (tomorrow)

PAWTUCKET – In cooperation with the state Department of Health, the city of Pawtucket will host a free vaccination clinic for flu and other illness on Saturday, Nov. 16, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Jenks Junior High School, 350 Division St.

The following vaccines will be available: Flu, to protect against seasonal flu, for ages 6 months and older; TDAP to protect against tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis, for ages 11 and older, especially for those in contact with infants; Pneumococcal, to protect against pneumonia, for adults ages 19 and older and those who smoke or have asthma, and for all adults age 65 and older.
